01 General Terms

These terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, competitions, and other activities on the ea33 platform. Alongside these terms, ea33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are equally important and are considered an integral part of these terms.

03 Age Verification

ea33 is a responsible gaming platform. ea33's services are available only to those aged 21 or above.

• Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory
• ea33 may request proof of identity for age verification at any time
• National ID (NID), passport, or driving license are accepted
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete
• If an underage account is detected, it will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be received only once per member
• After accepting a bonus, the specified wagering must be completed before withdrawing
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited
• ea33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time

06 Gaming Rules

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, ea33 will determine the outcome of that game. If an error occurs in any game and the payout is higher than normal, ea33 reserves the right to deduct the excess amount from the account.

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Fraud or exploiting platform vulnerabilities
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account

• Harassing or threatening other users
• Using any automated tools or hacking software
• Operating an account under a false identity

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

12 Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms
